WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY CHILD'S FEEDING EVALUATION?
To help your first visit with us run smoothly, please bring a food list of any allergies, your child's mealtime schedule, and a couple of their favorite snacks (along with your completed intake forms)!
DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH SERVICES?
Yes. At Pediatric Partners of NC, we value a holistic approach, meaning we look at the whole person and not just their diagnosis. Therefore, we will offer Telehealth services on a case-by-case basis if we believe this format will best suit the child's needs.
